Instructional Design

Our faculty development personnel are highly skilled to assist you with any type of instructional challenges.  Do you struggle with large classes?  Are you looking for new ways to engage your students in class?  Multiple choice tests getting you down?  Are you able to tell if your students are meeting the learning outcomes of your course?  We can work with you to develop methods and strategies to meet these challenges.

Curriculum Development

Learning outcomes are the foundation on which a program and a course are built.  Do your outcomes meet the level of rigour that is required?  Are you using action verbs that identify the knowledge, skills and attitude your students will achieve?  Do your learning outcomes contain the conditions under which your students will demonstrate that knowledge, skills and attitudes?  Do you include the level of acceptable performance within the text of the learning outcome?  Are your assessment tools mapped to the learning outcomes?  Contact us and we can assist you in developing effective outcomes that work for you and your students.
